about me
I am a dog owner and an avid dog lover. I believe in kind, science driven, methods of training that not only produce results, but provide a lot of joy for both owners and pups.
I have spent my adult career teaching positive behavior techniques in schools across Australia, UK and US. I have a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Education.
I am am a certified positive VSA dog trainer. I am up to date with the most recent dog teaching and learning research and methods. I only emply force-free training methods.

Thank you Tina for training Dolly! What a change I’ve seen in her (and me). As you know, Dolly is a sweet but very high energy dog. Before you started working with her, she would run ahead of me and pull on her leash. Now she walks along side of me. Dolly loves people. It was embarrassing when friends came over to visit. She was all over them. She is learning to control herself with the strategies you’ve taught her. She has learned to go to her mat on “cue”. Dolly has also learned to listen and think. I’m so appreciative for the training you’ve given her. Dolly is much more enjoyable to be around. Thank you!

I worked with Tina on introducing a new mini Aussie puppy to my 5 year old Catahoula. The dogs are different breeds and vastly different personalities but Tina helped me identify problems and come up with workable solutions. She showed a lot of patience with my two fur babies and gave me options for both dogs. It was really helpful to have her help with this challenging situation.
